    Mr. Messmer was a Project Manager for Gateway Engineers, Inc. He now provides geo-structural consulting services for his former employer as an independent, insured consultant licensed in 27 states. He has over 40 years experience in geo-structural engineering, and expert witness forensic evaluations supporting litigation in municipal, residential and commercial cases and environmental assessments. He has authored/presented Continuing Education Webinars for Halfmoon Education, since 2013.
